Rick, first of all, I want to thank you for your advice last evening with regards to the problems we were having with our newly-acquired C12VR you repaired for us. I took your advice and started over, making sure all AC connections and cables were good, and the power-supply plugged directly into a clean and tight wall-outlet. I am happy to say that everything from that point was great, and the microphone worked for the remainder of the evening with superb results! I can only thank you for all of your efforts and patience in helping me through this stressful saga. Since I purchased this microphone in January, it seemed that nothing was going right. I'm very happy that I found out about your company and am glad that things worked out. I wouldn't be surprised if our paths cross again sometime down the road; in the meantime, I will recommend your services to others. Thank you again for your help.
